Pasco means newer tubs and dusty cabinets. The growth wave off Road 68 and Broadmoor put a generation of spas in the ground three to six years ago, and they are arriving at their first real repairs — a seal here, a capacitor there — right on schedule. Right in spec — so the no-heat fault wasn't the element. High-limit had drifted; forty-dollar sensor, not a heater assembly.
Cover on, 104° set, west-facing deck. Not a fault — physics. Dropped the setpoint two degrees and the trips stopped.
Start capacitor bulged at the top. Swapped on the tailgate; pump outlived the visit by design.
Bearings, water-etched from a seal that had wept all spring. Wet end saved, motor replaced, seal done properly.
