Same-day slots exist most weekdays, and next-day is the norm otherwise. Mornings book the fastest; a symptom described over the phone lets us load the right parts.
What does a visit cost?
Diagnosis first, then one written figure for the fix, approved by you before work starts. We do not publish flat prices because no two faults are the same machine in the same state.
Do you repair every brand?
Every major brand and the Balboa or Gecko packs inside most of them. Out-of-warranty machines are the core of the trade; in-warranty faults get pointed back at the selling dealer where that saves you money.
Will you tell me if the tub is not worth fixing?
In writing, with the arithmetic. A repair that costs more than the machine's remaining life is a bad deal, and selling bad deals is how a small shop dies.
Can you work on a tub I just bought used?
Gladly — a pre-season inspection on an inherited tub is one of the smartest calls we take. We document what was repaired before and what is next.
Do you handle house wiring or install new tubs?
No. Inside the cabinet is ours; panels, disconnects and installs belong to electricians and dealers, and we will say so the moment a fault crosses that line.
